Reversing the Skales Quest, suppose to kill Lord Timot, but he's not there.. Went to the star and nothings there

This one is bugged I think. But it is also scripted, which works to your advantage.

When you enter the swamp area that he's in, three executioners begin walking out of the swamp...and once you get a bit farther, the Lord himself walks out too. Go so far that the 3 executioners walk out, then run back and go someplace within view of the open area outside of the swamp.

The executioners will walk out ever so slowly, stop in the middle, stand there for like 30 seconds, and then take a right turn and begin walking towards the next open area. With this, you can then go into the swamp without dealing with the 3 executioners.

In order to get the Lord to start walking, you will have to walk near these wierd swamp NPC things that suck. You will end up having to fight them, but a decent warrior will get them all by the time the lord gets near you. With that, kill the Lord.

It is important, early on, to go so far that the executioners walk out but the Lord does not, because once they get to a certain point, I too have noticed that the lord seemingly 'escapes'. The executioners will still lurk, but the lord will be gone.

My "Hammer and Anvil" quest is bugged. No matter how many times i go to the tarr pitts, there is NOTHING there to fight at the green star on the map.

oh, the one at the tar pit, you have to go north or south ithink and then itllwork

I thought I had the same problem too. The quest star shows up in the river of tar, but when you get there, no one is in sight (or even on the radar map).

Just keep moving along the river of tar, there will be two places to exit the river that will lead you to the boss you need to kill. Use your CTRL key to find him, there are a LOT of other guys with him. You'll probably need to lure small groups away and deal with them, otherwise you'll get mobbed.

For Lord Timot I cleared the whole entire zone that he walks through and then I just triggered his scripted thing where he walks out. After that I just went back to about where he walks out of the zone waited for him then killed him with ease =p. (note I took way more effort then was needed)

About Lord Timot, he's a real bugger to kill with those Executioners. I had two of my friends with me last night (all of us lvl 12-13) with 3 henchmen, and we got our butts handed to us on a plate!!!

Our fighter got hit by an executioner for 500+ damage on a single hit!

My Ranger/Monk got spanked in two hits!

We tried a handful of times, but finally gave up and went to do an easier quest. We plan to come back later when we all make another level or two.

Anymore help for this quest is appreciated!!!
